X-Roll Explorations: Upper Limbs - Spirals

This four-class series will explore rotation and spirals in the Upper Limbs in the X-Roll (from the Bartenieff Fundamentals), using patterns from PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and principles from Body-Mind Centering®.

Payment is for the full series - you will be invited to attend the live online classes on Mondays 2-4pm EST, and will have access to the recordings of the classes indefinitely.
